Taking care of yourself is important, and often times, we get so busy in the hustle and bustle of life and taking care of others, that we put our own needs last. So, let's give it a try and focus for a bit on YOU. Check out the directions for Week 4 below!
We will be posting some wellness tasks each week for one month (for both your mind and body!) There are 3 categories in which to select a task. Please choose 1 from each column (a nutrition goal, a fitness activity goal, and a mentality/mindset goal) and add it into your daily routine for that week! At the end of the week, we will then post the following week’s set of wellness challenge ideas...simply select your three desired tasks and add those into your weekly routine... (you get the idea!) The challenge will last one month. You are welcome to continue any wellness activities from previous weeks in addition to the newbies. You will be amazed at how accomplished you feel, just by making small positive changes into your every day lifestyle. It's so important to have FUN with this and pick tasks that suit you! By gradually adding three new activities into your week, you will be well on your way to forming a new proactive habit that will greatly benefit your overall health and well-being for years to come.
