3. Get the Rest You Need
Studies show that the average college student needs more than 8 hours of sleep a night, but only gets between 6 and 7 hours. Your body uses sleep to recharge and heal. Not getting enough sleep weakens your immune system, decreases your ability to focus and retain information, and leaves you sluggish and moody. Stick to a solid sleep schedule and snag a power nap when you can. Your body will thank you!
