2. Make Time For Exercise
Your schedule might seem overwhelming, but don’t forget to make time for exercise – especially if you spend your day sitting. Getting up and moving is important for your muscles, metabolism, and your mood. If you’re easily stressed, a short run can give you a great endorphin rush. And you can get social with it - join an inter mural team or try a class at the gym. Adding activities like these are a great way to make friends with others that like to be active.
